Indoor Track and Field meet open to any Open, Masters, Youth athletes. Open/Masters will compete before the Youth portion of the meet. Online entry available. 1/4" pyramid or Christmas Tree spikes only. No needles/pins EVENTS: 60m Dash, 60m Hurdles, 200m Dash, 400m Dash, 800m Run, 1500m Run, 3000m Run, 1500m Racewalk (Bantam/Midget only), 3000m Racewalk, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, Weight Throw, High Jump, Pole Vault. Sub-Bantams can compete in these events only: 60m Dash, 400m run, 1500m Run. If a Sub-Bantam enters any other event they will compete in the Bantam Age Group for all events entered.
